Student Title IX trainings are provided by Vector Solutions. They are managed separately from HR Title IX trainings for employees. Students can access trainings at https://redlandsstudents-ca.vectorlmsedu.com

They can email Vector support to confirm the student has been assigned the training and resend emails. AIS support can do this too, but Vector response may be faster.
If student could not be helped by Vector, AIS support should be able to resolve the issue.
Student has technical issues navigating training Vector support can assist. Common Resnet advice (e.g. clearing cache, trying a different browser) can be given as well.
Issues that should be forwarded to ais@redlands.edu
Student completed the training and has proof (screenshot of the completion message), but the checklist item has not been cleared.
There may be a bug on the vendor side.
AIS can manually receive the TITLEIX comm code and forward the student to the vendor so they can troubleshoot. Preferred
AIS can manually mark the training as complete on the vendor admin console, so it will be picked up by automation.
The Title IX checklist automation clears students every 5 minutes, so AIS may need to verify the automation is running correctly.
Student has not been assigned training
All active students should have the training assigned, however students coming back from LOA or similar situations will have not have the training assigned.
AIS can manually assign the training
Issues that should be forward to registrar@redlands.edu
Student has registration hold after completed training Registrar is manually clearing these right now, so there will be a delay.
