Printer Mapping/ Troubleshooting

HP Printer:

Obtain printer IP Address on HP Printer:

1. Go to printer

2. Click Configuration/Settings

3. Select Reports > Network Report

4. Once the report prints, look for IP address.

Windows:

1. Open Settings

2. Go to Printers

3. Add Printer

4. Select the option to connect to printer using IP address

5. Type in IP address and connect

6. Begin Printing

Mac:

1. Go to System Preferences/ Settings

2. Go to Printers and Scanners

3. Add printer

4. Select the Globe icon at the top to connect using the IP address.

5. Once it is connected, begin printing.
