PDQ - How to Deploy Applications from PDQ Deploy

Requirements

Must be present in Willis Center to be allowed RDP access to the server
pdq_service credentials, stored in Secret Server

How-To

Remote into PDQ-Server.redlands.edu
Open up PDQ Deploy
Input PDQ_service password
Highlight the software bundle you wish to deploy.
1. Bundle Descriptions:
  1. Standard Lab Software: All software used by campus lab computers
  2. Standard User Package (Laptops): Office 365, browsers, Jabber, and VPN client
  3. Lab Laptops - Basic: Same as standard user package minus VPN, and Jabber. Used for library and Resnet loaners
  4. Standard User Package (Desktops): Office 365, browsers, Jabber
Right click on software bundle and Click Deploy Once
Click on Active Director -> Computers
Search for the computer you wish to deploy to
Click Ok and then Deploy Now
