Some users may have issues launching the COVID Pledge training. The following steps should ensure students can start the training.
- Ensure they are using Chrome/Firefox.
- Safari is technically supported, but only the most up to date version (which may not be accessible if they have a really old MacOS version)
- Edge is supported, but only Chromium Edge
- Have them follow the troubleshooting guideby Microsoft.
- Essentially they are asked to not block cookies or other site data.
- If they are on mobile it might be easier to recommend they download Powerapps from their app stores and open the training link after installing.
