Some users may have issues launching the COVID Pledge training. The following steps should ensure students can start the training.


  1. Ensure they are using Chrome/Firefox.
    1. Safari is technically supported, but only the most up to date version (which may not be accessible if they have a really old MacOS version)
    2. Edge is supported, but only Chromium Edge
  2. Have them follow the troubleshooting guideby Microsoft.
    1. Essentially they are asked to not block cookies or other site data.
  3. If they are on mobile it might be easier to recommend they download Powerapps from their app stores and open the training link after installing.
