QR Code scanning problems?
If you are having issues scanning the QR code, or are attempting to register from the same device the Authenticator App is installed on, follow these steps:
- Click 'Can't Scan Image?' in the registration screen
- Open Authenticator App and add new account
- Select Work or School Account
- Select 'Enter Code Manually'
- Copy Code from the registration screen and paste into Code field
- Copy URL from the registration screen and paste into URL field
- Click Finish
- You have successfully registered the Authenticator App for password resets.
