Printing from Outlook

While printing from Outlook, a user may encounter an error stating the printer could not be found or cannot print because the file is corrupt.

After succesffuly printing the document on another PC I researched the error further.

When the OutlPrnt file is corrupt, these errors will occur. To resolve, navigate to c:\users\username\app data\roaming\microsoft\outlook\OutlPrnt and delete the OutlPrnt file.

Restart Outlook and try printing again.
